Arizona: from “Arizonac” Pima Indian for “little spring” or “young spring”

Arizona is best known for its desert landscape, with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius) in summer. Grand Canyon is a famous tourist destination. Saguaro cactus exceed 10 feet in height, and are a common sight in the Superstition Mountains.

My favorite spots are Havasu Falls, Superstitions, Sedona and Grand Canyon.
