Neotropic Cormorant

Neotropic Cormorant (or Olivaceous Cormorant) is a medium-sized cormorant found throughout the American tropics and subtropics. Its upper wings are somewhat greyer than the rest of the body. Juveniles have brownish wings. During breeding, it has white tufts on the sides of the head. It dives briefly between 5 and 15seconds.
Double Crested Cormorant wiki, cornell
height: 35 in (90cm), wingspan: 48 in (123 cm), weight: 5.5lbs (2.5 kg) - eats predominantly fish - it dives from the surface to depths up to 25 feet (7.5 m), for up to 70 seconds, and after chasing, catches prey in bill. Once out of the water, it stands tall with its wings spread out to dry.
